I'd say only if the engine/gearbox is reasonably OK - has compression and rotates. If something major is wrong with its heart it could get very expensive. It's fast but low geared. In 5th gear at 70 you find yourself looking for a 6th gear. Mine can do a 13 second 1/4 mile.
